Cancellation Policy
Cacao Beauty values your time, and asks that our clients provide a 48 hour notice of cancellation for all reserved appointments. Cacao Beauty reserves the right to charge 50% of services that aren't cancelled and/or rescheduled within 48 hours of your reserved service time. No-shows will be charged 100% of reserved service value.
